Returns & Refunds
At Kiyom, we aim to give you one of the best online shopping experience that is seamless, hassle-free and trustworthy. We take great care in delivering quality products and adhere to highest packing standards. As a policy, we do not entertain returns on products delivered in perfect and undamaged condition. Please do read our Return Policy for better understanding.
For Domestic Customers
1. Returns are acceptable for buyers in India ONLY.
2. Returns will be accepted in case a wrong product has been dispatched.
3. Product received is in damaged condition.
4. No refund of sale item.
5.  Please do not accept damaged package.

 
Any fault identified must be reported via email to info@kiyom.in  along with the images of the faults, within 2 days of the delivery. Upon receiving of damaged product you must provide a detailed description of the fault or issue along with photographic and Video evidence, within 2 days of the package receipt.
Please ensure that the product to be returned is packed well so that no damage is caused to the product in transit. The item should be in perfect condition, unused, and with their original packaging along with the original Invoice. 
If the product has not been returned in the same condition as it was shipped, no return or exchange shall be processed
Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund, exchange or returns for personalized or custom-made orders.
Once the return is approved by our team, your order will be eligible for refund and will be notified via email.
Shipping charges paid will not be refunded. 
Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit.
The shipping of the damaged / incorrect items should be arranged & incurred by the customer and the same should be repacked & shipped to the address below :

Once the item is received by our team, the refund will be credited to the source account within 5-7 business days.

For International Customers
Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns on products purchased online for international buyers.
