Delivery policy
Domestic Standard Delivery – FREE
- All products will be dispatched within a maximum of 7-10 working days from our manufacturing unit and it will be delivered in 5-7 working days.
- FREE for orders within INDIA with order value exceeding Rs. 2000/- and above.
- Orders will be dispatched on weekdays, Monday – Saturday (excluding public and bank holidays)
- During holiday season & sale events, online orders are processed within 10 days.
Please note that we are not responsible for any delay in transit caused by the courier services. Sometimes, due to weather, roadblocks and other unforeseen circumstances, delays cannot be avoided.
International Standard Delivery (20-25 days) – Flat Shipping Rate
Product will be shipped in vacuum packaging without boxes to avoid any damage or breakage.
- Delivery charges are based on the total weight of the order.
- International shipping charges are not inclusive of any duties, tax or broker fees.
- Our company is not liable for any delay in the delivery due to local government restrictions and policies.
- Orders will be dispatched on weekdays, Monday – Friday (excluding public and bank holidays)
Cancellations
- Orders placed online can be cancelled via email to info@kiyom.in within 24hrs of placing the order. The time between after placing the order and getting dispatched to the respective address, cancellations will not be acceptable, because the manufacturer manufactures according to your order.
- Once the order is shipped ie in transit, cancellations are not accepted.
- Refunds of cancelled orders take 3-5 business days (Excluding public and bank holidays)
Tracking
After your order is shipped, we will send you an email and text containing the shipping company details and the tracking information for your order. With this information, you can directly track your package on the shipping company's website by entering the provided tracking details. This allows you to stay updated on the status and whereabouts of your shipment until it reaches your doorstep.
